If your Shopology product arrives in a damaged condition please contact us and we will help make shipping arrangements for it to be returned for a replacement, refund or exchange. Any damaged item must be returned in their original packaging.

If there are no defects or imperfections with the product, but you simply change your mind or decision about your purchase, this does not apply.
