Change of Mind Returns

If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, we offer store credit as a refund, within 14 days of purchase, with a valid receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and with any tags and labels it had when purchased. 

Only regular priced items may be returned. Unfortunately sale items, and the listed below cannot be refunded or exchanged.*

Store credit

For change of mind returns we offer a store credit for the value of the product (excluding shipping charge).

Store credit does not expire when you exchange an item for change of mind. 

Damaged or Faulty Goods

Shopology takes great pride in the products offered and the delivery methods used. If for any reason you are not happy please contact us as soon as possible within 14 days: shop@shopology.co.nz

If your purchased products arrive in a damaged condition please contact us via email and we can arrange for replacement goods to be sent. Any damaged item must be returned in their original packaging. 

The cost of delivery for returns is not refundable unless the item is faulty.

If you’re sending an online order back to us, we recommend using a tracked service as Shopology cannot take responsibility for lost packages. Until your return is received by Shopology, it is your responsibility. 

Please allow 3 working days for a return to be processed from the time that your return is received. All items will be inspected upon return.

 


*This return policy excludes food, earrings, skincare, personal care items, furniture and items on sale unless faulty.

All returns are at the discretion of Shopology.
