Refunds and Returns
Shopology takes great pride in the products offered and the delivery methods used. If for any reason you are not happy please contact us as soon as possible (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Damaged GoodsIf your purchased products arrive in a damaged condition please contact us via email and we can arrange for replacement goods to be sent. Any damaged item must be returned in their original packaging.
Please allow 3 working days for a return to be processed from the time that your return is received. All items will be inspected upon return.
Change of Mind Returns
For change of mind returns on other products (excluding sale items and those listed below) we offer a store credit for the value of the product (excluding shipping charge).
*This return policy excludes food, earrings, skincare, personal care items, furniture and items on sale unless faulty.
All returns are at the discretion of Shopology.
